Geographic Restrictions
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. Territories (like Puerto Rico, Guam), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, high volume, or weather-related disruptions.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier (USPS) immediately to file a claim and save all packaging materials.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
